Volue – Share capital increase registered

Oslo, 22 December 2021: Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement by Volue ASA (the "Company") on 1 November 2021 regarding the resolved share capital increase of NOK 82,598.80 through the issuance of 206,497 new shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 0.40. The share capital increase has now been registered in the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises. As previously announced, the new shares will be issued to the sellers of Likron GmbH as part of the consideration for the Company's acquisition of Likron GmbH.

Following the registration of the share capital increase, the share capital of the Company is NOK 57,513,649.20 divided into 143,784,123 shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 0.40.
