Translated Italy Supreme Court ruling

Reference is given to the Stock Exchange notice of the 2nd of December 2021.

Attached to this stock exchange notice is the certified English translation of the full Italian Supreme Court decision of the 6th of October 2021.

Hearing in Oslo District Court in the fraud case against Enovos Luxembourg SA

Oslo District Court has decided to conduct a court hearing in the fraud case against Enovos Luxembourg SA. The hearing is expected to take place in Oslo District Court on the 31st of January and 1st of February 2022.

Oslo District Court will decided if the fraud charges shall go to main trial proceedings following the hearing.
