Mintra signs OCS HR contract valued over NOK 1 million

Mintra, a leading supplier of digital learning and human capital management software, has signed a contract valued at NOK 1.295 million with a major international oil field services company.

The agreement is for the provision of Mintra’s complete crew management system, OCS HR, with access for 2,000 users under a SaaS model. The agreement is expected to drive annual recurring revenues of NOK 1.2 million.

Kjetil Flood, CCO of Mintra, said: “OCS HR experienced a strong performance in the final months of 2021, with clients opting to extend the use of the system and move to a SaaS delivery model. Over the past two years of the pandemic, OCS HR has demonstrated its importance as a tool for efficient and effective crew management.
