BCS: AWILCO AS IS FURTHER INCREASING THEIR OWNERSHIP IN BERGEN CARBON SOLUTIONS.

Håvard Husby (CTO) has on the 23rd of December sold 13.650 shares at NOK 67,75 per share to Awilco AS. After this transaction Håvard Husby has 10.000 shares in Bergen Carbon Solutions AS and will also increase his exposure through the upcoming share option program.
