Oslo, Norway, January 3, 2022: Pexip Holding ASA ("Pexip" or "the Company",

Oslo Børs Ticker: PEXIP) will release its Q4 2021 ARR update on January 10,

2022, at 07:00 CET. The Company will also hold a short presentation of the ARR

update on January 10, 2022, at 08:00 CET. The webcast will be available on

investor.pexip.com. The presentation will be held by Øystein Dahl Hem, Interim

CEO and CFO, and Åsmund Olav Fodstad, President Global Sales & Marketing.
