SpareBank 1 SMN Invest AS, a wholly-owned subsidiary of SpareBank 1 SMN, has today, 5. January 2021, sold 6196 shares in Havila Shipping ASA (the “Company”).
Following the sale, SpareBank 1 SMN Invest AS holds 1 184 617 shares in the Company, equivalent to approx. 4,98% of the share capital and voting rights in the Company.
