LANDI RENZO: RESIGNATION, FOR PERSONAL REASONS, OF CHIEF TECHNOLOGY OFFICER, GROUP MANAGER WITH STRATEGIC RESPONSIBILITIES AND CEO OF METATRON S.P.A.
Cavriago (RE), December 13, 2024 - Landi Renzo S.p.A. ("Landi Renzo" or the "Company" and, together with its subsidiaries, the "Group") announces that the Board of Directors meeting held today has, inter alia, acknowledged of the resignation by Mr. Damiano Micelli, Chief Technology Officer and manager with strategic responsibilities of the Group and Chief Executive Officer of the wholly owned subsidiary Metatron S.p.A. The resignation will be effective as of January 1, 2025.
Damiano Micelli's decision, accrued for reasons of a personal nature, marks the conclusion of an important professional career that has seen him contribute significantly to the Company's technological and strategic development.
Damiano Micelli is not reported to hold, directly and/or indirectly, any shares in the Company, nor are any indemnities or other benefits of any kind expected as a result of his resignation.
The Company wishes to express its gratitude to Damiano Micelli for his commitment, dedication and professionalism over the years, wishing him the best for the future.
