Changes in Gjensidige's Group Management

Changes in Gjensidige's Group Management

Gjensidige Forsikring ASA will make changes in its Group Management effective

from 17 January 2022.

Catharina Hellerud, who is currently Executive Vice President of Analytics,

Product and Price (APP), will leave the Group Management and will assume the

position of Chief Risk Officer.

Janne Flessum, who is currently Executive Vice President People, Strategy and

Communication (PSC), will assume the position of Executive Vice President APP

Berit Nilsen, who is currently Head of Strategy and Group Innovation, will join

the Group Management and assume the position of Executive Vice President PSC.

-The changes we are now making are important contributions to renewal and

dynamics in the organisation, and will further strengthen our ability to handle

the rapid changes in our industry, says CEO Helge Leiro Baastad.

Gjensidige's Group Management team will consist of:

· René Fløystøl, EVP Private

· Lars Gøran Bjerklund, EVP Commercial

· Janne Flessum, EVP Analytics, Product and Price
