Zalaris Expands and Renews Agreement with Siemens AB, for pan-Nordic Payroll Services

Zalaris ASA has signed a six-year renewal of an agreement to deliver payroll

and transactional Human Resources services to Siemens AB. The agreement expands

the 16-year relationship of Siemens and Zalaris to now complete pan-Nordic

coverage - including Siemens' Danish and Finnish entities.

Zalaris' first contract with Siemens was signed in Sweden with Siemens

Industrial Turbomachinery AB in 2005 followed by contract with Siemens AS in

Norway 2006. Now, the renewal of the payroll Business Process Outsourcing (BPO)

agreement with Zalaris, includes an expansion to cover the whole Nordic region

and the Baltics as an option.

As a part of the agreement, Zalaris will deliver one multi-country payroll

solution (https://zalaris.com/payroll/global-payroll/) based on Zalaris'

PeopleHub (https://zalaris.com/peoplehub/) with one common integration to

Siemens' Workday-based HR system. This supports the implementation of a

harmonised pan-Nordic delivery model and full digitisation of all local master

data processes. As a result of implementing the new expanded agreement, Zalaris

will now deliver fully Managed pan-Nordic Payroll Services to approximately 8

000 Siemens employees in the Nordics.
