New CFO
Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement from the company of 1 March 2021, where as a result of the restructuring of the group with the establishment of HAV Group ASA, changes were made in the group management for Havyard Group ASA. In this connection, Pål Aurvåg took over the role as CFO in Havyard Group, and has also acted as CFO in HAV Group through a "corporate service agreement" between the companies.
Pål Aurvåg will now dedicate his time to the role as CFO in HAV Group, after which Vegard Fiksdal will take over the role as CFO in Havyard Group ASA with effect from 1 March 2022.
