EAM Solar ASA: Legal Status update - Oslo District Court hearing postponed due to sickness

Reference is given to stock exchange notice of the 22nd of December 2021.

EAM Solar ASA was informed today by the Oslo District Court administration that the hearing in the private criminal proceedings against Enovos Luxembourg SA in Oslo District Court scheduled for Monday the 31st of January and Tuesday the 1st of February has been postponed due to sickness. The Court has not set a new date.

EAM Solar ASA will revert with a general status update during next week.
