Sparebanken Møre – Initiate share buyback program
Sparebanken Møre has decided to initiate an Equity Certificate buyback program.
The buyback program will be conducted in accordance with the authorization provided by the General Meeting on 25th November 2021 to acquire Equity Certificates.
The buyback program will commence on 1st February 2022 and continue until 11th March 2022. The buyback program will have a maximum consideration of NOK 5,5 million and for a maximum of 10.000 Equity Certificates.
Buyback transactions will be executed according to the market price on Euronext Oslo Stock Exchange.
Equity Certificates purchased under this program will be used in connection with the Bank’s employee remuneration program.
