Ocean Sun AS: New Interim CFO appointed

The current CFO of Ocean Sun AS (the "Company"), Karl Lawenius, will be

away on paternity leave in the period between 28th of February and 31st of July 2022. The Company is pleased to announce that Roar Jakobsen has accepted to fill the

position as Interim CFO for the entire period that Lawenius is away.

Jakobsen, who will be engaged as a consultant, has significant experience from the CFO role from previous positions in Brady Energy Norway AS, Norema ASA and Edda Media Buskerud AS. Further, Jakobsen provides broad business experience within management, business development and procurement.

Jakobsen holds a master's degree within finance from Lunds University.
