New lease contracts in Brattørkaia 13 in Trondheim, start of redevelopment project

Entra has signed new lease contracts with Telenor and Famille and renewed the

contract with Sjømat Norge for a total of 3,260 sqm in Brattørkaia 13

(Tollboden) in Trondheim. Brattørkaia 13 is 6,100 sqm and will undergo a

redevelopment starting in Q1 2022. The redevelopment project is 53 % pre-let.
