PetroNor E&P Limited: Adjournment of Second Court Hearing

Oslo, 11 February 2022: Reference is made to previous announcements on the ongoing redomicile of PetroNor E&P Limited (OSE ticker: "PNOR") (the "Company") to Norway.

The Supreme Court of Western Australia ("Court") has today made orders to adjourn the second Court hearing for the proposed scheme of arrangement ("Scheme") between the Company and its members to 09:30 am (AWST) on Wednesday, 16 February 2022.

At the date of this announcement, the Scheme remains conditional on the pending approval from the Oslo Stock Exchange for the listing of PetroNor E&P ASA's ("PetroNor Norway") shares on Oslo Børs.

The Company will continue to trade on Euronext Expand until further notice.
