(Oslo, 14 February 2022) The attached information document (the "Information Document") has been prepared by Hyon AS (the "Company") solely for the use in connection with the admission to trading of all its shares on Euronext Growth Oslo ("Euronext Growth"). The first day of trading in the Company's shares on Euronext Growth is expected today, 14 February 2022.

Arctic Securities AS has acted as Euronext Growth advisor and manager in connection with the admission to trading of the shares on Euronext Growth (the "Listing"). Advokatfirmaet Schjødt AS has acted as legal advisor to the Company in connection with the Listing.
