Pexip Holding ASA ("Pexip" or "The Company", Oslo Børs Ticker: PEXIP) has today

been notified that these transactions have been completed by primary insiders in

Pexip:

Åsmund Olav Fodstad, Chief Revenue Officer, has today, February 14, 2022,

through Metrix Invest AS, controlled by Fodstad, bought 6,500 shares at NOK

38.57 per share. After the transaction, Mr. Fopdstad and Metrix Invest AS will

hold 758,275 shares and rights to 60,000 shares.

The information included in this announcement is such that the Company is

is publicly disclosed in accordance with MAR and section 5-12 of the Norwegian
