Argeo AS: Resignation of Board Member

Asker, 18 February 2022: Ann-Christin Andersen has notified the Argeo board of directors of her resignation.

Andersen has decided to step down to balance the weight of her commitments. Andersen’s resignation is effective as of 18 February 2022.

– We are sad to see Ann-Christin go as she has been a valuable asset to the company, says Jan P. Grimnes, Chairman of the Argeo board. Argeo will be looking for a replacement towards the next general meeting.

- It has been rewarding to be a part of the Argeo board, participating in the listing of Argeo on Euronext Growth as well as set the course for growth and development, says Andersen. I am certain that the great team in Argeo will succeed in transforming the industry.
