Aurora Eiendom AS – new share capital registered

Aurora Eiendom AS (the “Company” or “AURA”) refers to the announcement of 8 February 2022 regarding the successfully placed private placement (the “Private Placement”) of new shares, raising NOK 400 million in gross proceeds to the Company, through allocation of 3,960,396 new shares at a subscription price of NOK 101 per share (the “New Shares”). On 18 February 2022, an extraordinary general meeting of the Company approved issuance of the New Shares under the Private Placement.

The Company hereby announce that the New Shares have been registered with the Norwegian register of business enterprises. Following the registration, the Company’s share capital is NOK 1,838,309,700 divided on 24,510,796 shares, each with a face value of NOK 75.

In connection with settlement of the Private Placement, Strawberry Shopping AS and Joh Johannson Eiendom AS have entered into an option agreement, with duration up to 1 March 2023, whereof Strawberry Shopping AS shall be entitled to acquire 288,911 shares in the Company from Joh Johannson Eiendom AS, each at a purchase price of NOK 104.5/s.
