Kongsberg Automotive gjennomfører salget av Interior Comfort Systems til Lear Corporation

Zürich, 28. februar 2022: Kongsberg Automotive (KA) har gjennomført salget av

deres Interior Comfort System (ICS) enhet til Lear Corporation ('Lear') etter at

salget ble godkjent av den Europeiske Kommisjonen

ICS enheten leverer klimasystem for seter og komfort systemer til store bil- og

seteprodusenter. Lear og KA inngikk en avtale om salget den 28. oktober 2021, og

transaksjonen ble gjennomført 28. februar 2022 til en pris på EUR 175 millioner.
