Oslo, Norway, March 1, 2022 – Reference is made to Kahoot! ASA (the “Company” or “Kahoot”) stock exchange announcement on 28 February 2022, regarding the resolution to issue consideration shares in connection with the payment of consideration to (i) the sellers of shares in PlanB Labs OÜ (Drops), (ii) the sellers of shares in Whiteboard.fi, (iii) the sellers of shares in Motimate AS, (iv) the selling equity holders in Clever, Inc and (v) the assignors of the acquired IPR.

The share capital increase pertaining to the issuance of the 2,569,671 new shares has today been registered with the Norwegian Registry of Business Enterprises (Nw. Foretaksregisteret). Kahoot!’s new share capital is NOK 48,915,115, divided into 489,151,150 shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 0.10.
