Final annual accounts 2021 adopted by the board
The Board of SpareBank 1 Sørøst-Norge has today, 1 March 2022, considered and approved the annual accounts for 2021 for SpareBank 1 Sørøst-Norge.
The board's proposal for a cash dividend of NOK 2.50 per equity certificate is unchanged from the preliminary annual accounts for 2021.
The Supervisory Board of Sparebank 1 Sørøst-Norge will consider the annual accounts for 2021 on 22 March 2022.
