Reference is made to the stock exchange notice by BEWI ASA (BEWI or the Company)

on 2 March 2022 regarding the share capital increase resolved by the board of

directors upon the exercise of options under the Company's share option

programme.

The share capital increase pertaining to the issuance of the new shares has been

registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises:

· Total number of shares (new) : 157,039,804

· Par value of each share: NOK 1.00
