Pexip Holding ASA - Share Buyback Completed

Oslo, March 9, 2022: In reference to the buyback program announced February 10,

2022, Pexip Holding ASA ("Pexip" or "the Company") has purchased 2,369,788 of

its own shares and has now completed the program. The shares were purchased at

an average price of NOK 36.92 per share.

Following the transactions, Pexip owns 3,064,238 of its own shares,

corresponding to 2.93% of the Company's share capital.

An overview of all transactions made under the buyback program that have been

carried out is attached.

This is information made public by the Company pursuant to the EU Market Abuse

Regulation and subject to the disclosure requirements pursuant to Section 5-12

the Norwegian Securities Trading Act.
