On the 10th March 2022, Sand Grove Capital Management LLP, through the Sand Grove Opportunities Master Fund LTD, the Sand Grove Tactical Fund LP and the Prelude Structured Alternatives Master Fund LP, acquired 10,000 shares of Otello Corp ASA (NO0010040611).

Also on the 10th March 2022 there was an event changing the breakdown of voting rights, as the shares outstanding of Otello Corp ASA (NO0010040611) changed from 112,299,727 (on the 9th March 2022) to 101,099,727 (on the 10th March 2022).

Including this transaction as well as the event changing the breakdown of voting rights, the Sand Grove Opportunities Master Fund LTD, the Sand Grove Tactical Fund LP and the Prelude Structured Alternatives Master Fund LP own 27,361,161 shares, which is equivalent to 27.064% of the total shares outstanding.
