The Annual General Meeting of Protector Forsikring ASA will be held Thursday 7 April 2022 at 16:00 (CET), at Protector Forsikring ASA's premises, Støperigata 2, Aker Brygge, Oslo.
The notice with agenda for the General Meeting, including registration form, advance vote and proxy are attached to this disclosure.
The notice is sent to all shareholders with a known address.
