Result of offer to acquire shares in Self Storage Group ASA

Reference is made to the stock exchange notices on 15 March 2022 regarding the contemplated offer to acquire shares in Self Storage Group ASA (“SSG” or the “Company”).

Centerbridge Partners Europe LLP (the“Buyer”), has received acceptances for and will consummate the purchase of 649,000 shares in SSG at a price of NOK 32.00 per share. The Buyer is today the Company's largest shareholder and is closely related to primary insider in Self Storage Group ASA, Steven J Skaar. Following this transaction, Centerbridge Partners Europe LLP will own 25,256,078 shares in in Self Storage Group ASA, representing approximately 26.68% of the issued shares in the Company.
