Ramtin Matin, incoming Board Member in Huddlestock Fintech AS, has purchased 75

000 shares in Huddlestock Fintech AS at an average share price of NOK 3.00.

Following the purchase, he holds 75 000 shares in Huddlestock Fintech AS through

Matin Invest AS.
