CARA: Share capital increase

March 16, 2022: Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement by Carasent ASA (OSE: CARA) from March 15 regarding allocation of new shares related to the new Employee Investment Matching Program.

In order to deliver the new shares, the Board of Directors has resolved to increase the Company’s share capital by issuance of the allocated 253,005 shares. The share capital will be increased by NOK 337,002.66, divided into 253,005 shares, each with nominal value of NOK 1.332.

Following registration of the share capital increase the Company will have a share capital of NOK 105,891,539.796 divided into 79,498,153 shares at par value NOK 1.332.
