TIM: MEF AND RETELIT REQUEST AN EXTENSION TO 18 DECEMBER TO SUBMIT THE OFFER FOR SPARKLE

Rome, 13 December 2024

TIM informs that yesterday it has received a communication from the Ministry of Economy and Finance and Retelit, as potential buyers of TI Sparkle, in which they state that they will be able to complete the necessary activities to submit an offer by next 18 December, two days after the jointly agreed deadline.

The Company is waiting for the aforementioned offer to start the relevant evaluation and decision-making process.
