Self Storage Group ASA: Notifiable trades for primary insiders

Fabian Søbak, CEO of Self Storage Group ASA (the "Company"), has on March 24th

2022, sold 1,000,000 shares in Self Storage Group ASA through Fabian Holding AS,

a company controlled by Fabian Søbak, at an average share price of NOK 32.00.

Following this transaction, Fabian Holding AS will own 8,565,000 shares in Self

Storage Group ASA, representing approximately 9.05% of the issued shares in the

Company.

In addition, Gustav Søbak, board member in Self Storage Group ASA, has on March

24th 2022, sold 1,000,000 shares in Self Storage Group ASA through GSS Invest

AS, a company controlled by Gustav Søbak, at an average share price of NOK

32.00. Following this transaction, GGS Invest AS will own 5,565,000 shares in in

Self Storage Group ASA, representing approximately 5.88% of the issued shares in

the Company.

The proceeds from the transactions are planned to be used to pay wealth taxes

for the coming years, as required by Norwegian tax rules.

The buyer of the shares is Centerbridge Partners Europe LLP. The Buyer is today

the Company's largest shareholder and is closely related to primary insider in

Self Storage Group ASA, Steven J Skaar. Following this transaction, Centerbridge

Partners Europe LLP will own 27,206,078 shares in in Self Storage Group ASA,

representing approximately 28.73% of the issued shares in the Company.
