Completion of share buyback offer

Reference is made to the notice issued on 21 March 2022, where Otello

Corporation ASA launched an offer to all shareholders to buy back up to

10,000,000 shares, through a book building process.

The Company has today bought 10,000,000 shares in the Company at a price of NOK

27.5 per share. Otello was offered 12,249,288 shares at the clearing price and

thus allocated approximately 81.6% to shareholders which tendered at NOK 27.5

and below.

Pursuant to the transaction, Otello Corporation ASA owns 10,000,000­­­ shares in

the Company.
