On 28 March 2022 Mikkel Walde Holding ApS, a company closely associated to PDMR Mikkel Walde, purchased 29 197 shares in ECIT AS at a price NOK 6,81 per share and 30 000 shares at a price NOK 6,85 per share. After the transaction Mikkel Walde`s total number of shares, including the shares owned by persons closely associated to him, is 15 722 769 shares.
