Transfer of shares in long-term incentive program
Kongsberg Gruppen ASA (KONGSBERG) has today sold a total of 31 710 own shares at a price of NOK 284.79 per share in connection with the long-term incentive program (LTI) for senior management and key employees. The price has been set in accordance with the guidelines in the long-term intensive program and based on the purchase price KONGSBERG achieved in the market, please see stock exchange announcement on 18 February 2022. There is a three-year lock-in period for the shares.
This notification and attached document provide an overview of primary insiders who have purchased shares through the program.
Shares in the company have been transferred to the following primary insiders on April 1st, 2022:

After the above-mentioned transactions KONGSBERG owns a total of 892 343 own shares, corresponding to 0.50% of KONGSBERG's share capital. Out of these 760 125 shares are related to the buy-back of shares for cancelation where the cancelation of shares will have to be approved by the General Meeting on 11 May 2022.
