BEWI - Mandatory notifications of trades

BEWI Invest AS, the majority shareholder of BEWI ASA and related party to chair

of the board of directors, Gunnar Syvertsen, defined as a person discharging

managerial responsibilities (PDMR) of BEWI ASA, has today purchased a total of

321,830 shares at NOK 68.90 per share. Following the transaction, BEWI Invest AS

holds 97,964,280 shares in BEWI ASA, representing 62.38 per cent of the total

outstanding shares.

The shares have been purchased as follows

· 30,000 shares from Christian Bekken, CEO of BEWI ASA and defined as PDMR

· 166,830 shares from Gunnar Syvertsen, chair of the board of directors of

BEWI ASA and defined as PDMR, and

· 125,000 shares from Göran Vickström, director of the board of BEWiSynbra AB,

and defined as PDMR

Christian Bekken and Gunnar Syvertsen are both shareholders of BEWI Invest AS,

and their transactions are done as part of an intra-group restructuring of their

ownerships.
