Invitation to Pexip Q1 2022 Annual Recurring Revenue Update

Oslo, Norway, April 4, 2022: Pexip Holding ASA ("Pexip" or "the Company",

Oslo Børs Ticker: PEXIP) will release its Q1 2021 Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR)

update on April 7, 2022, at 07:00 CET. The Company will also hold a short

presentation of the ARR update on April 7, 2022, at 08:00 CEST. The webcast will

be available on investor.pexip.com. The presentation will be held by Øystein

Dahl Hem, Interim CEO and CFO, and Åsmund Olav Fodstad, Chief Revenue Officer.
