Bergen, Norway - 7 April 2022- BerGenBio ASA (OSE: BGBIO), a clinical-stage

biopharmaceutical company developing novel, selective AXL inhibitors for severe

unmet medical needs, announces that the Board of Directors today approved the

2021 Annual Financial Statements prepared in accordance with International

Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
