Buy back of Tier 2: SOON11 PRO and SOON13 PRO

Buy back of Tier 2: SOON11 PRO and SOON13 PRO

SpareBank 1 Sørøst-Norge has bought back NOK 15 million in the Tier 2 bond issue with ticker SOON11 PRO (ISIN: NO0010802598) and NOK 180 million in the Tier 2 bond issue with ticker SOON13 PRO (ISIN: NO0010809858).

Settlement date is on 12 April 2022, and the buy-back volumes will be written down in the central securities depository (“VPS”).

DNB Markets acted as arranger of the transaction.
