Carbon Transition 2021 Annual Report

Oslo, 8 April 2022

The Board of Directors of Carbon Transition ASA has approved the financial statements for 2021 for both the group and the parent company. The financial statements were prepared in accordance with IFRS. There are no changes to the financial statements compared with the preliminary results published 24 February 2022.

In addition, the company presents its remuneration report for 2021.
