Argeo AS: Minutes from Extraordinary General Meeting

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement on 8 April 2022, where the Board called for an extraordinary meeting for the purpose of approving the issuance of shares in the private placement and the consideration of a Board authorization to issue shares in a potential subsequent offering. An Extraordinary General Meeting of Argeo AS was held today, Tuesday 19 April 2022, at the offices of Argeo AS with registered address at Nye Vakåsvei 14, 1395 Hvalstad, Norge.

All the proposed resolutions were resolved in accordance with the Board's calling notice. Please find the minutes from the extraordinary general meeting attached hereto.
