The Annual General Meeting of Integrated Wind Solutions ASA will be convened on 9 May 2022 at 13:00 hours at the company's offices at Fjordalleen 16, Aker Brygge, Oslo, Norway.
A copy of the Notice of Annual General Meeting and attendance and proxy forms, and associated information including the Company's Annual Report can be found on the Company's website at www.integratedwind.com and attached to this press release. The notice and associated information will also be distributed to shareholders by normal distribution methods.
