Approval of annual report for 2021
The Board of Directors of Otello Corporation has approved the Director's report
and audited financial statements for 2021. The final financial statements for
2021 are in accordance with preliminary accounts published on February 17, 2022.
The Annual Report is attached to this notification, and is available for
download from Otello's website (https://www.otellocorp.com).
