As announced 5 January 2022 and 11 March 2022 KONGSBERG will purchase up to MNOK 320 of own shares related to the employee share program.

The stock exchange notice dated 11 March 2022 stated that shares for a value of NOK 316 million were to be purchased from 25 March

After the above-mentioned transactions KONGSBERG owns a total of 1,142,343 own shares, corresponding to 0.64% of KONGSBERG's share capital. Out of these 760,125 shares are related to the buy-back of shares for cancelation where the cancelation of shares will have to be approved by the General Meeting on 11 May 2022.
