PetroNor (OSE ticker: “PNOR”), today releases its Annual Report and financial statements for the period ended 31 December 2021.

Following the completion of a scheme of arrangement on 24 February 2022, PetroNor E&P ASA replaced PetroNor E&P Ltd as the parent company of the Group. This arrangement will be treated as a continuation of the original Group for accounting purposes. PetroNor E&P ASA have chosen to voluntarily include in their Annual Report the consolidated financial statements of PetroNor E&P Limited, for the year ended 31 December 2021, for completeness of information.
