Sale of Vøyenenga secondary school in Sandvika

Bærum Municipality has called its option to acquire Vøyenenga secondary school

in Sandvika for NOK 86,9 million, which corresponds to Entra's book value as of

31.03.22. Closing will take place on 1 June 2022.
