ALNG - Annual General Meeting
Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of Awilco LNG ASA will be held on Tuesday May 24, 2022 at 12:30 hrs.
In accordance with section 5-8 of the Norwegian Public Limited Liability Companies Act, the general meeting will be held as a phone conference meeting.
Please find attached the notice of the Annual General Meeting including attendance form, proxy form and advance voting form.
The notice of the Annual General Meeting and the ancillary documents including the annual report for the financial year 2021 and the proposal from the nomination committee are available at the Company's website www.awilcolng.no.
