Sandnes, Norway, 4 May 2022: The annual general meeting of Vår Energi ASA (OSE: VAR) was held today, 4 May 2022, at 15:00 (CET). The meeting was held as a digital event.

The minutes from the meeting are attached to this notice and will also be made available on http://investors.varenergi.no/governance/annualgeneral-meeting/. As follows from the minutes, all resolutions were passed in accordance with the proposals set out in the notice for the general meeting dated 11 April 2022.
