Vår Energi ASA: Ex dividend Q1 2022

Sandnes, Norway, 5 May 2022: The shares in Vår Energi ASA will be traded ex

dividend of NOK 0.8270 per share for the first quarter of 2022 as of today, 5

May.

The dividend will be paid in NOK on 12 May representing a USD dividend of USD

0.0901 per share as decided by the Board of Directors on 26 April 2022

(representing a total dividend payment of USD 225 million). As announced on 27

April 2022, the dividend is paid in NOK based on the exchange rate of 9.1758

published by Norges Bank on 26 April 2022 at approximately 16.00 CEST.
