Erik Sture Larre, board member and largest shareholder of Black Sea Property AS, has passed away.

It is with great sadness that we received the news of his passing. The Board will consider proposing a candidate for replacing Larre at the Board of Directors in the upcoming annual general meeting.

Black Sea Property AS is a real estate company with holdings in a real estate project on the Black Sea

coast called Sunrise Gardens. Sunrise Gardens Resort is a partially completed project and will upon completion comprise approximately 950 apartments as well as significant commercial space.
