Oslo, 20 May 2022: PetroNor E&P ASA (OSE ticker: "PNOR") will announce its results for the first quarter of 2022 on Friday, 27 May 2022.

The interim report for the first quarter and the presentation material will be published on www.newsweb.no and on the Company's web site www.petronorep.com at around 06:30 CEST.

At 08:00 CEST on the same day, interim CEO, Jens Pace, will present the results in a webcast.
